About The Role
As a key member of our team, you will play a pivotal role in building a strong pipeline of innovative new product development projects, driving world-class innovation processes, and collaborating with stakeholders to ensure projects are delivered on time and within budget.
Key Responsibilities
- Lead and contribute to our strategic innovation pipeline, identifying opportunities for growth and improvement.
- Develop and implement new product development strategies, engaging with end-users and collaborating with product development and marketing teams to deliver innovative solutions.
- Project manage complex new innovation and new product projects from ideation through to launch, ensuring timely and cost-effective delivery.
- Assist in building a culture of innovation excellence by introducing and adopting world-class innovation processes.
About You
- 7-10 years' experience working in innovation management, project management, product design, or a similar field.
- Demonstrated success in project managing the delivery of complex new product projects.
- Strong ability to build relationships, collaborate with, and influence others.
- Excellent communication skills with strong commercial acumen, adept at engaging with both executives and front-line customers.
- Curious by nature with advanced problem-solving skills and a strong desire to improve on the status quo by doing things differently.
- Bachelor's Degree in Engineering, Industrial Design, Business Management, or a similar field.
