The Role

This exciting opportunity involves joining our Talent Acquisition team as a Recruitment Operations Specialist. In this role, you'll provide expert advice and support to hiring managers on recruitment strategies and insights, while contributing to the recruitment cycle.

Your key responsibilities will include:

  • Developing and delivering end-to-end recruitment processes, including job-based recruitment strategies and campaigns.
  • Building strong relationships with stakeholders to understand recruitment requirements.
  • Improving the quality and time to hire through innovative process refinement in line with changing workforce needs.
  • Managing all stages of the recruitment process, including job briefs, shortlisting, telephone screening, booking interviews, and timely communication with stakeholders and candidates.
  • Proactively sourcing candidates using various methods, such as job boards, networking events, career expos, and talent pools.
  • Maintaining systems and databases for transparent communication and reporting.
About You

We're looking for someone with demonstrated experience in end-to-end recruitment roles, preferably in disability services, blue-collar or volume recruitment in a large complex organisation.

You should have:

  • Demonstrated ability to develop and maintain relationships with key internal and external stakeholders and diverse candidate groups.
  • Strong business focus, keeping clients and employees at the centre of what we do.
  • Ability to multi-task, manage competing priorities, and deadlines with flexibility to adapt to changing circumstances.
  • Experience providing expert advice and guidance to empower managers to make informed selection decisions.
  • Strong teamwork and continuous improvement skills to deliver positive outcomes.
