Recruitment Specialist

As a Recruitment Specialist at Centacare Brisbane, you will be at the forefront of our talent acquisition efforts, driving the process of finding and hiring top talent to support our mission. Your role will involve collaborating closely with Hiring Managers to identify position requirements, crafting compelling job postings, and guiding the recruitment process from start to finish.
Key Responsibilities:- Support high-volume recruitment efforts across our expanding portfolio of services, ensuring a seamless candidate experience.
- Develop and maintain strong relationships with Hiring Managers, providing expert advice on recruitment strategies and best practices.
- Utilize our recruitment ATS and onboarding system platforms, including JobAdder and HROnboard, to streamline the hiring process and ensure efficient data management.
- Conduct service visits within our expansive boundary, engaging with our teams and fostering a culture of shared values and purpose.
- Immerse yourself in the heart of our services, understanding their unique needs and building strong relationships with Hiring Managers to find the right candidates for their teams.
- You have a genuine passion for people and recruitment, with a track record of success in end-to-end recruitment and a keen eye for detail.
- You bring excellent communication and interpersonal skills, making you a trusted advisor to both Hiring Managers and candidates alike.
- You thrive in collaborative environments, eager to work alongside Hiring Managers and team members, while taking the initiative and being proactive.
- You have a strong problem-solving ability and a proactive mindset, always ready to tackle any obstacles that come your way.
- 1-2 years of recruitment resourcing experience, ideally within a fast-paced, high-volume, or process-driven environment.
- Understanding of full-cycle recruiting, including the intricacies of onboarding processes.
- Familiarity with recruitment ATS's and onboarding system platforms, including JobAdder and HROnboard.
- Driver's license and car, with a willingness to traverse our expansive boundary to ensure no opportunity for connection is missed.
