Job Title: Training and Quality Improvement Specialist

Are you a results-driven leader with a passion for quality and customer satisfaction? We are seeking a skilled Training and Quality Improvement Specialist to join our team at EBR. As a key member of our organization, you will be responsible for identifying and implementing projects to improve quality, reduce costs, and increase productivity.

Key Responsibilities:

  • Develop and execute strategies to achieve quality improvement goals
  • Oversee the inspection of incoming materials to ensure compliance with requirements
  • Recognize and reward team members who contribute to the company's success
  • Communicate with vendors and stakeholders to evaluate project performance
  • Provide regular status updates, feedback, and reports to the management team

Requirements:

  • At least 2 years of experience in learning and development program management, preferably in customer support and people management
  • Prior experience in Human Resources, training, and/or recruiting is a plus
  • Familiarity with learning management systems and quality assurance programs
  • Effective time management skills and ability to work towards deadlines
  • Strong interpersonal and organizational skills
