Job Title: Training and Quality Lead

About the Role:

We are seeking a highly motivated and experienced Training and Quality Lead to join our team at EBR. As a key member of our organization, you will play a critical role in driving quality improvement and delivering exceptional customer experiences.

Duties and Responsibilities:

• Identify and prioritize quality improvement projects to enhance customer satisfaction and reduce costs

• Develop and implement strategies to achieve performance excellence and quality improvement goals

• Collaborate with cross-functional teams to ensure effective quality assurance and control processes

• Conduct regular inspections of incoming materials to ensure compliance with quality standards

• Recognize and reward team members who contribute to our company's success

• Communicate with vendors and stakeholders to evaluate performance excellence initiatives

• Provide regular progress updates, feedback, and reports to management on quality improvement projects

Requirements:

• 2+ years of experience in learning and development program management, preferably in customer support and people management

• Prior experience in Human Resources (training and/or recruiting) is a plus

• Familiarity with learning management systems and quality assurance processes

• Experience establishing and running quality assurance programs involving service delivery

• Understanding of work optimization programs such as Six Sigma or other improvement methodologies

• Strong time management skills and ability to work towards deadlines

• Excellent interpersonal and organizational skills

• Ability to lead a team to achieve project outcomes
