Financial Operations Specialist

The ideal candidate will have a strong background in finance, with experience in cash flow management, investment activities, and financial risk mitigation.
Key Responsibilities:- Develop and implement effective cash flow forecasting and analysis strategies.
- Manage banking relationships and negotiate terms for credit facilities.
- Ensure accurate and timely reporting of treasury-related data and key performance indicators (KPIs).
- Monitor compliance with financial covenants and ensure facility utilisation aligns with business needs.
- Develop and maintain treasury policies, controls, and procedures.
- Lead the month-end and year-end treasury reporting processes.
- Monitor and manage interest rate, foreign exchange, and other financial risks.
- Collaborate with internal stakeholders including Finance and the Executive team.
- Supervise and mentor any treasury or finance support staff.
Additional Requirements:
- Strong analytical and problem-solving skills.
- Ability to communicate effectively with internal and external stakeholders.
- Proficiency in financial software applications.
