Financial Operations Specialist

The role of Financial Operations Specialist plays a pivotal part in maintaining the financial stability of our clients. This position demands an exceptionally skilled and experienced professional to oversee day-to-day financial operations.
Key Responsibilities- Accounting Experience: A minimum 3-5 years of experience in Ireland accounting, with a strong background in bookkeeping and year-end processes is required.
- Financial Statement Review: Proficiency in reviewing and preparing financial statements from client books, ensuring compliance with Ireland tax regulations is essential.
- Bank Reconciliation: Responsible for preparing bank reconciliations, depreciation accounts, debtors ledger reconciliations, creditors ledger reconciliations, VAT reconciliations, and PAYE reconciliations at year-end.
- Team Management: A confident leader who can manage a team of junior accountants, ensuring quality work and meeting deadlines.
- Ireland VAT (ROS): In-depth knowledge of Ireland VAT regulations.
- Accounting Software: Proficiency in using accounting software, including Xero and other platforms.
- Client Communication: Excellent communication skills, with the ability to effectively interact with clients.
- Tax Advice: Providing business tax advice to clients on developing and implementing tax-efficient structures.
- CORPORATE TAX COMPLIANCE: Managing corporate tax compliance on behalf of clients, including submission of tax returns.
B.B.A, B.Com, Chartered Accountant, M.B.A/PGDM, M.Com are preferred qualifications.
