Financial Operations Specialist

The successful candidate will be responsible for ensuring accurate and timely financial reporting, processing financial transactions, and maintaining compliance with applicable regulations.

  • Key Responsibilities:
  • Prepare and maintain financial reports and records, supporting the Chief Financial Officer with analysis.
  • Manage student fee payments, refunds, and adjustments in accordance with institutional policies, assisting with government reporting.
  • Assist in budgeting, forecasting, variance analysis, and financial modelling.
  • Prepare for audits, ensure regulatory compliance, and maintain internal controls.
  • Reconcile ledgers, close accounts, and process journal entries.
