Job Overview

We're seeking an experienced Section Waiter to lead and support a high-performing section team at our premier dining destination.

  • Lead and support a high-performing section team
  • Roster staff according to performance metrics
  • Train and mentor junior team members
  • Assist in organising functions and special events
  • Conduct stocktakes and place appropriate orders for wine and restaurant supplies
  • Handle customer inquiries and complaints professionally
  • Manage hosting and reservations as required

The successful candidate will possess strong knowledge of food, wine, and beverage service, excellent communication, organisation, and decision-making skills, and the ability to stay composed under pressure and manage priorities effectively.
