At our organisation, we are seeking an exceptional Support Manager to lead the delivery of high-quality support services to our clients.
About the RoleThe Support Manager plays a pivotal role in ensuring that our clients receive comprehensive and coordinated care. This includes managing participant intake, reviewing and preparing support plans, and completing administrative tasks related to participant supports.
This is an exciting opportunity for an individual who is passionate about delivering exceptional support services and making a meaningful difference in the lives of our clients.
Key Responsibilities- Manage participant intake, including assessing client needs and developing individualised support plans.
- Review and prepare support plans to ensure they align with client goals and outcomes.
- Complete administrative tasks related to participant supports, such as coordinating appointments and maintaining accurate records.
- Ongoing management of participant relationships, ensuring that clients feel valued and supported throughout their journey with us.
- Demonstrate a strong commitment to delivering exceptional support services and making a positive impact on client lives.
- Possess excellent communication and interpersonal skills, with the ability to build strong relationships with clients, colleagues, and other stakeholders.
- Be able to work independently and as part of a team, with a high degree of autonomy and flexibility.
- Hold a strong understanding of relevant legislation, policies, and procedures, including the NDIS Code of Conduct and WHS Act.
- Have the ability to record and maintain accurate non-judgemental information, with a focus on client confidentiality and privacy.
