The role of a Digital Marketing Manager plays a key part in delivering digital initiatives, enhancing campaign performance, and driving growth across all HUB24 brands.

  1. Develop and execute digital marketing strategies aligned with business objectives, including lead generation, brand awareness, and speed-to-market.
  2. Design and optimise digital campaigns using a test-and-learn approach to improve engagement, conversions, and ROI.
  3. Enhance lead acquisition by refining digital funnels and applying CRO best practices across HUB24 Group brands.
  4. Manage and maintain website content and landing pages to ensure a high-performing digital experience.
  5. Oversee SEO, SEM, and paid media execution, ensuring alignment with brand and business goals.
  6. Coordinate content, creative, and media across channels in collaboration with internal and external stakeholders.
  7. Monitor digital trends and identify new opportunities to expand reach and improve campaign performance.
  8. Analyse digital performance data and provide actionable insights through dashboards and reporting tools.
  9. Maintain strong agency and supplier relationships, serving as the main contact for briefs, campaigns, and performance updates.

To succeed in this role, you will need:

  • A minimum of 5 years' experience in dedicated digital marketing roles; experience in SaaS and Fintech is highly regarded.
  • Demonstrated experience delivering digital initiatives or campaigns that drive performance outcomes within SaaS, B2B, or financial services environments.
