Job Description:

This is an exciting opportunity to join our fast-paced environment and contribute to our mission of simplifying the borrowing experience for modern consumers. You'll be responsible for managing and optimizing our digital marketing channels, expanding into new opportunities for acquisition, and ensuring accurate and actionable reporting from ads through to funded loans.


Required Skills and Qualifications:
  • Proven expertise in digital marketing with a strong track record of campaign management and conversion rate optimization (CRO).
  • Hands-on experience running or managing multi-channel campaigns, with a focus on expanding into new channels beyond Google, Meta, and Bing.
  • Strong understanding of analytics and tracking, including proficiency in Google Analytics 4 (GA4) and Google Tag Manager (GTM).
  • Experience with attribution tools such as Ruler Analytics and confidence in building accurate reporting from ads through to funded loans.
  • Ability to manage CRO test implementation and reporting, working closely with marketing, design, and front-end development teams.
  • Familiarity with A/B testing platforms like VWO, Optimizely, AB Tasty, or Google Optimize.
  • Strong analytical skills with the ability to turn data into clear, actionable insights.
  • Excellent communication skills, with confidence to share results and insights across the business.
  • Highly organized and proactive, with strong time management skills and the ability to juggle multiple projects.
  • A collaborative approach, working well with internal teams from marketing, design, product, and external agencies.
