  • Collaborate with the broader marketing team to ensure alignment between digital initiatives and overall brand strategy.
  • Develop testing frameworks to continuously improve conversion rates and reduce costs.
  • Provide regular reporting on key performance metrics and actionable insights.

Requirements:

  • 2-4 years' experience in digital marketing with hands-on campaign management experience.
  • Proven experience with paid social, paid search, and/or app campaigns.
  • Understanding of marketing analytics and attribution models.
  • Experience with digital marketing platforms (Google Ads, Meta Ads, Apple Search Ads).
  • Familiarity with analytics tools such as Google Analytics or similar.
