About the Role:We're looking for a highly skilled and motivated individual to join our LEGO Certified Store team as an Assistant Store Manager. As a key member of our retail team, you will be responsible for driving sales growth, delivering exceptional customer experiences, and leading a high-performing team.
Your Key Responsibilities:- Work closely with the Store Manager to develop and implement sales strategies to drive business growth.
- Lead a team of retail professionals to deliver outstanding customer service and meet sales targets.
- Develop and maintain strong relationships with customers to ensure they have an exceptional experience in store.
- Manage inventory levels to ensure efficient stock levels and minimize waste.
- Schedule and manage employee shifts to ensure adequate staffing levels at all times.
- Maintain a clean and organized store environment that meets visual merchandising standards.
- A minimum of 1 year's supervisory experience in a retail environment.
- Excellent communication and interpersonal skills.
- Able to work effectively in a fast-paced environment and prioritize tasks accordingly.
- Possess a passion for LEGO and delivering exceptional customer experiences.
