Our LEGO Certified Stores create an environment where creativity and imagination define the future of play. Our stores feature life-sized LEGO models, a Pick-a-Brick wall, hard to find product releases, and amazing bricks in hands engagement opportunities.

**About the role...**

As a Seasonal Casual, you are responsible for leading and driving an engaging, customer-driven culture within your team. You will be self-motivated and driven by the success in a retail environment. You will also understand and be inspired by the importance of engagement and the role that Play has within a child's development.

**About you...**
- 1 year of retail sales experience with a customer centric approach
- A genuine love and understanding of our brand
- Energy and enthusiasm to contribute to a positive team environment
- Track record of driving and exceeding sales targets and KPIs
- Extensive availability to work especially during peak periods of trade - weekends and late nights will be required We will also need full availability from November - January to help us through the busiest time of year

Although it is important to have a great record and experience in retail, we are also interested in individuals who are comfortable and experienced in engaging with kids to deliver amazing bricks-in-hand experiences.

**The process...**
- Week Commencing 8th October - Applications open
- Week Commencing 14th October - Invited to Group Interviews
- Week Commencing 21st October - Group Interviews Commence

Seasonal contracts run from early November - early February. There is a chance your contract could be extended based on individual store requirements.
