Your Role:

  • You will work closely with the store manager to drive sales, achieve key performance indicators, and build a high-performing team that delivers exceptional customer experiences.
  • Create an environment where creativity and imagination define the future of play, striving for outstanding results in customer experience and sales performance.

Your Purpose:

  • Collaborate with the store manager to create a store roster aligned with daily traffic, peak periods, and optimize team resources.
  • Provide constructive feedback and coaching to foster a high-performing team environment.
  • Support the store manager in planning and achieving sales and customer service expectations set by the support office team.
  • Work with your team to fulfill online orders and execute in-store activations.
  • Sustain efficient inventory management, including stocktakes and cycle counts.
  • Support the implementation of visual merchandising standards.
  • Cultivate a positive, collaborative team environment that promotes a safe and fun atmosphere.
  • Work with the store manager on in-store recruitment, training, and team development for future career opportunities.

Requirements:

  • You must have at least 1 year of supervisory experience in a retail environment.
  • Ability to build a high-performing and results-driven team in sales and customer experience.
  • Excellent communication skills, both written and verbal.
  • A genuine passion for LEGO and the ability to epitomize professionalism while recognizing the importance of a fun, encouraging, and welcoming team environment.
  • Self-motivation, driven results-oriented, and able to demonstrate success in achieving KPIs within a retail atmosphere.
  • Ability to develop, inspire, and coach a small team of retail professionals and connect them to the essence of the LEGO brand.
