The OpportunityThis role involves conducting thorough inspections of drainage pits and culverts to assess their condition and identify potential risks.
Key responsibilities include performing risk assessments, developing mitigation strategies, documenting inspection findings and preparing reports.
Collaboration with diverse clients including councils, contractors, and state road authorities is essential.
Qualifications include TfNSW Culvert Inspection and Risk Assessment qualification, civil/structural engineering or relevant trade background, valid driver's license and proficiency in Microsoft Office Suite.
Responsibilities- Conduct thorough inspections of drainage pits and culverts to assess their condition and identify any potential risks.
- Perform risk assessments and develop mitigation strategies.
- Document inspection findings and prepare reports.
- Collaborate with diverse range of clients to prioritise and plan maintenance and repair activities.
- TfNSW Culvert Inspection and Risk Assessment qualification - Essential
- Qualifications in civil/structural engineering, engineering technology or relevant trade background
- Valid Driver's Licence
- Excellent analytical and problem-solving skills
- Proficiency in using inspection tools and software
- Level 1, 2, and 3 condition assessment experience
- ARRB Level 1/2 Inspection Accreditation or similar
