Culvert Inspector and Risk Management SpecialistThis is a dynamic opportunity for a detail-oriented professional to lead the way in culvert inspection and risk management. As a Culvert Inspector and Risk Management Specialist, you will be responsible for conducting thorough inspections of drainage pits and culverts, assessing their condition, and identifying potential risks.
- Conduct comprehensive inspections to assess the condition of drainage pits and culverts.
- Develop and implement risk management strategies to mitigate identified risks.
- Prepare detailed reports on inspection findings and provide recommendations for maintenance and repair activities.
- Collaborate with clients to prioritize and plan maintenance and repair activities.
- Ensure compliance with local regulations and safety standards.
Requirements:
- Relevant qualifications in civil/structural engineering, engineering technology, or a related trade background.
- Valid driver's license.
- Excellent analytical and problem-solving skills.
- Proficiency in using inspection tools and software.
- Strong communication and interpersonal skills.
- Ability to work independently and as part of a team.
Desirable Skills:
- Experience in infrastructure inspections and risk assessments.
- Knowledge of ARR level 1/2 Inspection Accreditation or similar.
- White Card, EWP ticket, RIW certification, First Aid, Confined Space, Working at Heights certifications.
- Proven experience in leading teams and managing projects.
