About Our Operations

The Drill Rig Fitter plays a crucial role in maintaining and repairing rigs, vehicles, and equipment.

Key Responsibilities:

  • Ensure the maintenance and repair of rigs, vehicles, and equipment are completed to the highest standards.
  • Plan, schedule, and organize own work within the requirements of the work plan, coordinating with other parties as required.
  • Accurately complete all maintenance records and documentation.
  • Efficiently manage the movement of mechanical spare parts.
  • Maintain workshops and equipment in a serviceable condition.

Requirements:

  • Essential experience in heavy truck/trailer operations.
  • A background in heavy vehicle/diesel plant/drill rig is necessary.
  • Experience with pumps, compressors, and boosters is highly regarded.
  • Understanding of hydraulic schematics is essential.
  • Ability to work effectively within a team environment.
  • Trade qualification is mandatory.
  • Current HR Driver's Licence is also required.
  • Senior First Aid certification is desirable.
