We are seeking an accomplished professional to join our Accommodation team as a Client Intake Officer. This exciting opportunity is perfect for individuals with a passion for delivering exceptional customer service and promoting our services to new and prospective clients.

The successful candidate will be responsible for acting as a point of contact for prospective clients, representing the organisation and updating referral information in all appropriate systems. They will work closely with the marketing team to successfully promote and expand referrals to our accommodation services, including attending expos. Additionally, they will provide regular reporting to stakeholders on the status of new opportunities and client funding.

This role offers significant career progression opportunities and is located at our central office in Belmont. The ideal candidate will possess experience or knowledge of the NDIS and/or mental health services, as well as significant previous experience in marketing and sales roles where there was a requirement to drive new business.
