Diabetes Care Professional Opportunity

We are seeking a highly motivated Diabetes Care Professional to join our team in Sydney, AU. As a key player in our sales organization, you will be responsible for developing and executing local business plans to promote diabetes care products to target customers.

You will identify and target the right customers based on their existing or future potential for our products, promote our products to convert new customers and maintain support from existing ones. You will also plan and implement marketing strategies and programs as defined.

Your key responsibilities will include:

  • Developing and implementing local business plans
  • Identifying and targeting the right customers
  • Promoting diabetes care products to convert new customers and maintain support from existing ones
  • Planning and implementing marketing strategies and programs
  • Ensuring compliance to relevant policies, including Corporate & Reporting Compliance
  • Maintaining a high level of product and therapeutic segment knowledge

To succeed in this role, you will need to have:

  • A Bachelor's Degree in Science, Pharmacy, or Nursing
  • At least 1-2 years of experience in allied health or a medical sales role
  • Strong relationship building, listening, negotiation, selling, analytical, and multi-tasking skills
  • The ability to work in a team and independently
  • Interpersonal skills, presentation communication skills, and the ability to speak, write, and read in English
  • Familiarity with MS Office, particularly Excel
  • Personal characteristics such as appearance, enthusiasm, time management, sense of urgency, initiative, self-confidence, assertiveness, and integrity
