Business Banking Role

We are seeking a skilled Business Banker to join our team in Sydney CBD office.

The ideal candidate will have strong connections with our communities and customers, compelling propositions, and exceptional execution skills.

  • Cultivate deep relationships with Small Business customers through proactive client contact and opportunity origination and fulfilment in the sub $1m space.
  • Meet the needs of Small Business customers by identifying solutions for new and existing clients.
  • Grow the sub $1M market and provide a light relationship management model for our mass managed Small Business clients.

As a Business Banker, you will originate and initiate fulfilment of business products for Small Business Banking customers including commercial lending up to $1m.

You will also conduct non-face-to-face needs-based conversations for clients with an identified new opportunity.

  • Complete proactive outbound calls to existing Small Business Banking clients supported by the Customer Engagement Engine and Next Best Conversations.
  • Provide high-quality, timely, and exceptional support and customer service when dealing with internal and external stakeholders.
  • Liaise with customers delivering exceptional customer service to complete loan settlement tasks including but not limited to obtaining additional information, ordering valuations, arrangement documentation.
