About the role:
We are looking for a Senior Test Lead to drive testing across mobile apps, Internet Banking, and core financial systems while mentoring junior test analysts and ensuring quality outcomes.
Key Responsibilities- Lead testing across mobile, web/Internet Banking, and financial systems.
- Design and execute regression, UAT, system integration, and automation tests.
- Mentor test analysts and embed best practice testing processes.
- Manage defects using JIRA Tricentis and ensure collaborative delivery.
- Support automation with UFT One/QTP and SQL-based data validation.
- Proven experience as a senior test analyst or test lead within financial services.
- Strong in mobile (iOS/Android) and web/Internet Banking testing.
- Skilled in regression, UAT, SQL, and data migration testing.
- Confident mentor with excellent stakeholder communication.
- Test management: JIRA Tricentis (QC/ALM a plus).
- Automation: UFT One/QTP (VB scripting desirable).
- Degree in Computer Science and/or ISTQB certification (preferred).
