About the Role

This Customer Portfolio Manager position in Diversified Industries will play a key role in helping to acquire, grow and retain a quality portfolio of customers. You'll partner with a Relationship Manager to support a portfolio of Diversified customers in all aspects of customer service, compliance, processes, system and governance recommendations for designated customer groups.

The ideal candidate will have strong data analysis skills, with the ability to collect, profile and analyse data to inform business decisions and deliver customer solutions. You'll also have excellent customer solutioning skills, supporting customers by understanding their needs and providing considered options that meet those needs.

This is a permanent full-time opportunity based at 55 Collins Street, Melbourne VIC. The salary for this role is estimated to be around AU$120,000 - AU$150,000 per annum, depending on experience.

Key Responsibilities:

  • Maintain a well-managed portfolio compliant with all relevant policies and procedures.
  • Maintain control of workflows across all compliance and customer fulfilment processes.
  • Act in the best interest of the customer and apply a customer-centric approach.
  • Proactively develop and maintain a detailed understanding of customer business and financial needs.
  • Provide appropriate solutions towards account maintenance and simple customer requests.
  • Solidify credit analysis skills, assessing a customer's ability to fulfill their credit obligations.
  • Build, maintain and influence relationships to achieve mutually beneficial outcomes.

What You'll Bring:

  • Data analysis: Collecting, profiling and analysing data to translate into meaningful insights to inform business decisions and deliver customer solutions.
  • Credit Analysis: Assessing a customer's ability to fulfill their credit obligations, considering both qualitative and quantitative factors.
  • Relationship management: Building, maintaining and influencing relationships to achieve mutually beneficial outcomes.
  • Able to support credit approval activities with competency in credit assessment and management.
