Role Overview

We are seeking a highly organized and skilled Construction Project Coordinator to join our team in the Ipswich region. As a key member of our project delivery team, you will provide vital administrative support to ensure the smooth day-to-day running of projects.

About You
  • You will have prior experience in an administration role within the construction industry or similar, with excellent organisational skills and ability to work autonomously and in a team environment.
  • Demonstrate excellent verbal and written communication skills and proficient skills in Microsoft Office, Excel, Outlook, and Word.
  • Able to provide proof of Eligibility to Work in Australia and hold a current Drivers licence with reliable transport.
Key Responsibilities
  • Provide general administration support, including issuing purchase orders, assisting with report preparation and project variation administration.
  • Drafting and executing subcontract agreements with suppliers and compliance administration support (assisting with QA).
  • Maintaining site records, electronic and hard copy files, and inputting data in various site registers.
  • General coordination of all site documentation (e.g. printing, copying, filing etc).

Estimated Salary: $80,000 - $120,000 per annum, depending on experience.
