Key Role Overview

The key role of a Prospect Engagement Specialist is to drive business growth and success by identifying, engaging, and nurturing relationships with B2B prospects through strategic data mining, personalized direct mailouts, and targeted communication campaigns.

  • Coordinate direct mailouts and hampers to engage current and potential clients.

  • Secure sales meetings for technical team members and nurture leads through the sales process.

Required Skills and Qualifications

  • Data Mining and Analysis Skills: Proficiency in using data mining software and tools to identify potential business opportunities and analyse data to extract meaningful insights.
  • Communication Skills: Ability to convey complex information clearly and concisely, and build strong relationships with clients and prospects.
  • Organisational and Time Management Skills: Exceptional organisational skills with the ability to manage multiple tasks and projects simultaneously, and proven time management skills to ensure timely follow-ups and campaign execution.
  • Marketing Knowledge: Experience in planning and executing marketing campaigns to engage prospects effectively, and understanding of marketing principles and strategies.
