Business Systems Analyst Position Overview

This role involves delivering business and functional analysis services to contribute to iterative development cycles.

Analyzing and documenting business requirements, as well as facilitating negotiations with stakeholders, users, technical teams, and product owners, are key responsibilities of this position.

Also, leading workshops and gathering and refining requirements directly with solution stakeholders is required. Additionally, performing process re-engineering and developing system integration specifications are part of the job.

The selected candidate will also be responsible for showcasing system solutions and supporting User Acceptance Testing (UAT) activities.

Key Requirements
  • A minimum of 3 years of experience in system solution analysis.
  • Strong background in Agile methodologies and functional analysis.
  • Proficiency in creating clear and comprehensive documentation.
  • Excellent stakeholder engagement and negotiation skills.
  • Workshop facilitation and stakeholder collaboration experience.
  • Demonstrated ability in process mapping and re-engineering.
  • Experience with system integration and UAT support.
