About the RoleThis role will see you enhance your capabilities by collaborating with senior engineers and multidisciplinary teams. You will gain exposure to technically diverse and high-profile projects, leveraging your expertise in geotechnical or tailings-related work to contribute to site investigations, inspections, and construction support.
Key Responsibilities:- Support the design and assessment of tailings storage facilities (TSFs) and other mine waste facilities.
- Assist in geotechnical and civil analysis, modelling, and reporting.
- Prepare high-quality technical deliverables, including drawings, calculations, and reports.
- Collaborate with specialists in water, environmental, and mine planning disciplines.
To excel in this role, you should possess:
- A degree in civil, geotechnical, or mining engineering (or similar)
- 3–6 years' relevant experience in tailings, geotechnical, or mine infrastructure design
- Strong communication, teamwork, and problem-solving skills
- Prior consulting experience (preferred but not essential)
