As a professional in heavy vehicle accreditation, you will play a critical role in managing and maintaining systems and programs related to heavy vehicle accreditations.

The successful candidate will be responsible for ensuring ongoing compliance with accreditation requirements, monitoring systems and processes supporting accreditation elements, and facilitating auditing both internally and externally in line with documented standards.

You will provide direct guidance and information to stakeholders operating under the National Heavy Vehicle Accreditation Scheme (NHVAS) and Western Australia Heavy Vehicle Accreditation (WAHVA), and work collaboratively to achieve common objectives or aligned targets.

  • Provide subject matter expertise for the development, maintenance, and continual improvement of reporting, including self-service, incident management improvements, statistics, and development of dashboards and business intelligence reports with agile, meaningful measurements.
  • Maintain and manage heavy vehicle accreditation (NHVAS and WAHVAS), including the facilitation of the relevant regulator audit program.
  • Maintain systems, processes, and assurance that support adherence to heavy vehicle accreditation, specifically fatigue, mass, dimension, and loading, fitness for work, and maintenance.
  • Manage relationships with businesses associated with heavy vehicle accreditation.
  • Manage the accreditation relationship with road authorities in jurisdictions where Team Global Express operates.
  • Provide direct guidance or information to internal stakeholders operating under the National Heavy Vehicle Accreditation Scheme (NHVAS) and Western Australia Heavy Vehicle Accreditation (WAHVA).
  • Participate in the development and delivery of an accreditation awareness education package for internal stakeholders.
