Position Overview

The Provider Services Officer plays a crucial role in delivering exceptional support to HCF providers and current members. This position requires outstanding communication abilities, particularly over the phone, ensuring that every interaction is handled with the utmost professionalism to foster a positive experience for both providers and members.

This role is ideal for a self-driven individual who excels in a customer-focused environment and is eager to grow within HCF's Claims division. The position is a full-time contract.

Key Responsibilities

  • Handle a high volume of incoming calls from providers and members
  • Address complex inquiries and resolve them within established service level agreements
  • Safeguard the confidentiality of provider and member data
  • Ensure the accuracy of provider and member records
  • Engage and communicate professionally with both internal and external stakeholders
  • Adhere to company policies and procedures

Candidate Profile

The ideal candidate will possess a positive demeanor and a proactive approach. Previous experience in call centers or claims-related roles is essential.
