Job Role and Responsibilities

As an Inclusion Support Educator, you will play a pivotal role in providing the best possible start to a child's life.

  • You will collaborate with Senior Educators and the Educational Leader to craft and enhance exceptional learning programs that ensure safety and inclusivity for every child.
  • Help children feel valued in their learning experiences and support them in achieving their full potential.

The ideal candidate will have a strong knowledge of the Early Years Learning Framework and National Quality Standards, as well as a Certificate III or Diploma in Early Childhood (or ACECQA approved equivalent).

A current Working with Children Check is also a requirement for this position.
