Job Summary:

We are seeking a detail-oriented leader to join our team as an Inventory Control and Quality Assurance Manager.

This role involves leading the site-based Inventory Control and Quality Assurance team across multiple shifts operations, ensuring Health and Safety standards are maintained while promoting a positive culture on-site.

The successful candidate will have strong leadership skills, be able to manage a team effectively, and possess excellent analytical and problem-solving abilities.

Key Responsibilities:

  • Manage the Inventory Control and Quality Assurance team to ensure smooth operations.
  • Maintain Health and Safety standards and promote a positive culture within the team.
  • Monitor Key Performance Indicators (KPIs) and provide regular feedback to Operations.
  • Develop and execute action plans to increase quality, inventory accuracy, and service satisfaction.
  • Partner with Management to communicate policies and procedures.
  • Carry out supervisory responsibilities in accordance with Amazon's wider policies and procedures.

Requirements:

A Bachelor's degree or equivalent level qualification is required. A background in logistics, distribution, or similar environment would be ideal. A degree in a science or logistics-based discipline with a strong bias towards analytics and data would be advantageous.
