Job Title: Senior Quality Assurance Leader

We are seeking a seasoned Quality Assurance Leader to oversee the planning, execution, and delivery of comprehensive testing strategies across data analytics, ETL processes, and data validation.

Key Responsibilities:
  • Prioritize and manage multiple testing projects simultaneously, ensuring timely completion and high-quality results.
  • Leverage technical expertise to provide guidance on performance and security testing for analytics platforms, collaborating with cross-functional teams to drive strategic initiatives.
  • Oversight of testing strategy and execution in cloud-based environments (AWS, Azure, GCP), identifying opportunities for process improvement and implementing best practices.
  • Cultivate relationships with key stakeholders, contributing to initiatives involving fraud rules engines, anomaly detection, or model validation.
Requirements:
  • Proven leadership experience in managing test teams or QA delivery within analytics environments, demonstrating ability to motivate and develop high-performing teams.
  • Strong grounding in data testing methodologies and quality assurance frameworks, with a deep understanding of industry standards and regulations.
  • Experience with SQL, large datasets, and modern data stacks, leveraging technical acumen to drive innovation and efficiency.
  • Background in financial services or fintech fraud detection is highly desirable, with knowledge of related technologies and trends.
  • ISTQB / equivalent certification beneficial, indicating commitment to ongoing professional development and staying current with industry advancements.
