About the Role

  • Develop and maintain quality assurance standards and processes
  • Leverage automation to streamline testing and improve efficiency
  • Collaborate with cross-functional teams to ensure compliance with regulatory requirements
  • Lead by example and mentor engineers to write and maintain automated tests
  • Drive continuous improvement through data-driven decision making

Requirements

  • Proven experience in test automation using Selenium WebDriver and Appium
  • Familiarity with regulated environments (ISO 13485, IEC 62304, or similar)
  • Strong communication and documentation skills
  • Experience working in a hybrid environment
