Job Title: Funding & Engagement Specialist

About the Role:

We are seeking a highly skilled and experienced Funding & Engagement Specialist to join our team. In this role, you will be responsible for coordinating all aspects of Supported Independent Living (SIL) funding, billing, service agreements, and funding records for new and existing customers.

Your key responsibilities will include:

  • Strong working knowledge of the NDIS, particularly Rosters of Care (RoCs), SIL funding and compliance
  • Experience in service coordination, funding management, or billing roles
  • High attention to detail with strong administrative and data accuracy skills
  • Ability to manage priorities and communicate effectively across teams
  • Proactive and solution-focused, with a drive for continuous improvement
About You:

We are looking for someone who has:

  • An NDIS background with plans, Rosters of Care (RoCs), funding categories and billing for new and existing customers
  • Excellent communication skills with internal and external stakeholders
  • Ability to work to multiple priorities
  • Organised, proactive, and solutions-focused
  • Hold current NDIS Workers Screening, South Australian Working with Children Screening and Australian Working Rights
  • Have completed, or willing to complete the NDIS Workers Orientation Module
