About the role
Arteva Funding is seeking a Customer Service Specialist to join our dynamic team in our Adelaide office. In this full-time role, you will be responsible for providing exceptional customer support and resolving a wide range of customer inquiries and concerns efficiently and effectively.
What you'll be doing
- Respond to incoming customer calls, emails, and messages in a friendly, professional, and empathetic manner
- Troubleshoot and resolve customer issues, ensuring a positive customer experience
- Provide accurate information and guidance to customers on Arteva Funding's products and services
- Maintain detailed records of customer interactions and follow up as needed
- Identify opportunities to improve customer service processes and make recommendations to management
- Collaborate with cross-functional teams to ensure seamless customer service delivery
What we're looking for
- Previous experience in a customer service or call centre role, preferably in the financial services industry
- Exceptional communication and interpersonal skills, with the ability to build rapport and provide empathetic support to customers
