Key Responsibilities
  • Develop and maintain effective relationships with internal stakeholders to ensure seamless coordination of mechanical maintenance work.
  • Plan, schedule, and resource mechanical maintenance activities to ensure optimal efficiency and productivity.
  • Lead and support continuous improvement initiatives to enhance maintenance processes and procedures.
  • Collaborate with maintenance supervisors to build capability and provide technical advice and support.
  • Ensure timely data collation, analysis, and sharing of key work management metrics.
About You

We are looking for a highly motivated and organized individual with strong communication and leadership skills. The successful candidate will possess:

  • Experience in work management software tools (e.g. SAP) and detailed scoping and maintenance planning for multi-disciplined workgroups.
  • Strong analytical and problem-solving skills, with the ability to work in a fast-paced environment.
  • Excellent communication and interpersonal skills, with the ability to build effective relationships with internal stakeholders.
  • A minimum of C class manual driver's license.
