We are seeking a sales professional to support our national services in Residential Aged Care and Retirement Living. This role involves guiding prospective residents and their families through one of life's most important decisions with empathy, professionalism, and integrity.

The successful candidate will have a proven track record in sales, ideally in aged care, retirement living, or health services. They will possess outstanding communication and interpersonal skills, be customer service focused, and committed to providing an exceptional customer experience.

  • Promote and sell aged care beds and retirement living units across our portfolio.
  • Deliver exceptional customer experiences from initial enquiry through to move-in.
  • Collaborate with internal teams to meet occupancy targets.
  • Build trusted relationships with residents, families, and referral networks.

We offer a competitive salary packaging options up to $15,990, Novated leasing, plus an optional Meals and Entertainment card up to $2,650 per annum. You will also have the opportunity to work for a leading not-for-profit health and aged care provider with a rapidly growing vision.
