Job Description

We are seeking a skilled Customer Experience Professional to deliver exceptional customer service and support in our B2B operations.

The successful candidate will be responsible for managing order entry, ensuring timely and accurate order processing, and providing superior customer experience through multiple channels.

Key Responsibilities

  • Manage order entry and associated tasks with high accuracy and efficiency.

  • Provide complex information and respond to in-depth requests via telephone and email.

  • Communicate supply information, out-of-stocks, product updates, and substitutions to internal and external customers.

  • Maintain accurate Masterfile data for seamless communication across teams.

  • Respond promptly to customer contacts via phone, email, and other channels.

  • Provide first-level support for customer systems like TCMS.

  • Build strong customer relationships by offering product information, alternatives, and solutions.

  • Support sales teams with customer inquiries and identify opportunities for process improvements.

  • Avoid and resolve internal issues through continuous improvement mindset.


Requirements

  • 1-2 years of experience in a similar customer-focused role.

  • Proven ability to build and develop rapport with both internal and external customers.

  • Strong time management skills and ability to perform under pressure.

  • Excellent communication, administrative, and problem-solving abilities.

  • Proficiency in MS Office, with SAP experience preferred.

  • Detail-oriented, customer-focused, and can-do attitude.

  • Collaborative, team-oriented approach with a mindset for continuous improvement.
