As a Client Advisor, you will provide exceptional customer service by utilizing strategic selling techniques, product expertise, and proactive client follow-up. You will drive sales growth, exceed targets, and support your team with effective sales coaching.

You will be responsible for managing the sales floor, resolving customer issues, and upholding the highest luxury standards. Your excellent communication skills and problem-solving ability will ensure a seamless client experience.

We are seeking passionate and experienced professionals to join our Sydney Market team.

Key Responsibilities:
  • Deliver exceptional customer service and execute on individual sales plans
  • Assist customers with merchandise selections using consultative selling skills
  • Cultivate strong customer relationships and personalize interactions
  • Learn and execute practices to achieve high client retention rates
  • Embody luxury standards in presentation and behavior
  • Manage customer complaints and resolve issues effectively
  • Support team initiatives and efforts
  • Maintain health, safety, and welfare at work
  • Coach and mentor colleagues to achieve sales plans
Required Skills and Qualifications:
  • Minimum two years retail experience, preferably in jewelry or high-end retail
  • Previous expert selling experience and demonstrable problem-solving ability
  • Excellent communication and computer skills
  • Flexible working availability, including evenings, weekends, and public holidays
  • Previous experience in a high-end retail environment and relevant certification preferred
