- Follow up on pending orders and work to convert quotes into sales, ensuring timely delivery and customer satisfaction.
- Provide expert product knowledge and respond to customer inquiries, addressing their specific needs and concerns.
- Collaborate with production and dispatch teams to meet customer delivery requests, ensuring seamless communication and coordination.
- Keep customers informed about overdue orders and resolve order-related issues, maintaining a high level of customer satisfaction.
- Build and maintain long-term relationships with customers, addressing their specific needs and preferences.
- Deliver exceptional customer service, handling queries and complaints professionally and efficiently.
- Manage customer returns and credits, ensuring prompt resolution and customer satisfaction.
- Perform various administrative tasks to support the effective operation of our office, including filing, archiving, and other general office duties.
- Coordinate with external providers for outsourced orders, ensuring timely delivery and customer satisfaction.
- Assist the Sales Manager in prospecting new customers and maintaining existing relationships, driving business growth and development.
- Conduct customer care and engagement calls to understand and meet customer needs, ensuring a high level of customer satisfaction.

- Proficient in basic MS Office applications and order intake systems, ensuring efficient and effective use of technology.
- Technical knowledge of glass processes is a plus, but not required.
