Business Analysis Opportunity

Key Responsibilities:
  1. Collaborate closely with the business to align with strategic initiatives, identifying areas for improvement in business systems, processes, workflows, and customer service.
  2. Generate clear project scoping and design documentation for technical specialists to build appropriate business solutions.
  3. Consult with stakeholders to ensure their requirements are accurately captured and reflected in test scenarios.
  4. Champion changes from the business perspective, ensuring alignment with business needs, objectives, and IT strategy.
  5. Liaise with technical resources to monitor technical developments and ensure that key development milestones are met.
