Job Overview:

We are seeking an experienced Business Analyst to play a key role in our ERP Replacement Program team.

This individual will be responsible for collaborating closely with stakeholders to align with ERP strategy, identifying and analyzing areas for improvement in business systems, processes, workflows, and customer service.

Main Responsibilities Include:

  • Collaborating with stakeholders to identify and analyze areas for improvement
  • Generating clear, detailed project scoping and design documentation for technical specialists
  • Consulting with stakeholders to ensure requirements are accurately captured and reflected in test scenarios
  • Liaising with technical resources to monitor technical developments and ensure that key development milestones are met
  • Overseeing testing to ensure system interfaces are effective and reliable
  • Managing the implementation phase of each solution or business improvement to minimize disruption and downtime

Key Requirements:

  • Experience in business analysis, coupled with a proactive mindset towards achieving high-quality business solution outcomes
  • Ability to consult effectively with stakeholders and communicate complex ideas simply
  • Strong analytical and problem-solving skills, with the ability to think creatively
  • Excellent communication and interpersonal skills, with the ability to work collaboratively with others
  • High level of technological innovation and systems knowledge
