Disability Support Worker

We are seeking experienced individuals to join our dynamic team in providing quality care and support to people in their day-to-day living.

Our Disability Support Workers (DSWs) provide direct support across a range of customer needs including domestic and personal care assistance, as well as assisting our customers to access and connect with the community.

Broad availability to provide services in a 24/7 environment is a must, including weekends and overnight shifts.

About You

  • Ability and willingness to work shift work, regular sleepovers/active nights, weekends and public/school holidays.
  • Resilience, confidence and ability to work independently and as a team.
  • Strong communication skills with the ability to develop positive relationships.
  • Previous experience supporting customers with challenging behaviours.
  • Ability to obtain the NDIS Workers Screen Check prior to commencement.
  • Ability to use computers and learn software/programs.
  • Smart Phone.
  • Current Driver's Licence.
