Job Title

The Role of the HRIS Analyst III in Global Human Resource Systems and Business Processes Management

This hybrid position involves three days a week on-site at either the Milford, MA or Wilmslow site. Key responsibilities include providing system management support to ongoing or annual programs, managing workflow, and ensuring data quality.

Main Responsibilities:

  • System Management Support

  • Maintenance of HR Business Systems

Required Skills and Qualifications:

  • Bachelor's Degree in Relevant Field
  • 3-5 Years Industry Experience in HRIS and/or Enterprise Software Project Management
  • Proficiency in SuccessFactors Modules and SAP HCM

About this Job

This role plays a vital part in maintaining and enhancing global HR systems and business processes. The ideal candidate will have extensive hands-on experience with security, user access, and role-based permissions. They will also possess deep knowledge of import processes and ECSC ticketing systems.

Key qualifications for this position include a Bachelor's degree or above, 3-5 years industry experience in HRIS and/or enterprise software project management, and proven knowledge of SuccessFactors modules and SAP HCM.

Responsibilities include working with HR Business Owners to provide system management support, managing workflow, notifications, and dynamic roles/groups, utilizing ECSC ticketing systems to manage and resolve support tickets, maintaining HR business systems through testing, quarterly updates, and enhancements, assessing and improving overall HR workflow through system and procedural changes, and implementing changes from start to finish while acting as a consultant and advocate for HR.

In order to excel in this role, you should be able to analyze business processes and develop new or streamlined workflows, possess excellent problem-solving skills, and have the ability to work collaboratively in a team environment.
