Physician Executive Role Overview

This is an exceptional opportunity to join a national leader in patient satisfaction, working alongside a talented team of physicians and caregivers who share our commitment to delivering exceptional care through empathy, communication, and collaboration.

The successful candidate will have a proven track record of driving change, fostering alignment, and partnering with Knowledge Management to obtain and analyze data for clinical transformation.

We are looking for someone with a strong passion for leadership, strategic planning, and operational excellence.

  • A M.D or D.O. degree
  • Board certification in Cardiology, Cardiac Surgery, or Vascular Surgery
  • An undergraduate or graduate degree, or other advanced certification in business, health care administration, or leadership
  • A license to practice medicine by the relevant state licensing authority
  • Minimum of 3 years of experience, 5+ years preferred, in a medical director or other medical administrative role
  • Experience for at least 7 years as a practicing physician
