Project Coordinator

As a key member of our digital transformation team, you will be responsible for ensuring the seamless implementation of our timekeeping system. This role requires a high level of organizational skill and attention to detail, with a focus on reviewing and updating project documentation to develop a comprehensive timeline.

Key Responsibilities
  • Review current project status and update project documentation regularly.
  • Collaborate with stakeholders to configure the module according to business rules for diverse groups of positions.
  • Coordinate user acceptance testing prior to deployment in production environment.
  • Develop an implementation plan for roll-out of the Aurion Timekeeper module.
  • Design training resources for end users of the Aurion Timekeeper system.
  • Participate in ERP Board Meetings as required.
  • Provide regular updates to stakeholders on project progress.
Requirements
  • Demonstrated experience and understanding of project management principles (3+ years).
  • Experience in payroll or HR systems (at least 3 years).
  • Specialized technical expertise in system configuration and implementation.
  • Proven experience in delivering business initiatives and managing multiple projects simultaneously.
  • Ability to quickly adapt to changing environments and priorities.
  • Proven consultancy experience in process improvement.
  • Desirable: Experience in payroll automation systems.
