Job Title: Payroll Specialist
About the Role- Process payroll transactions, including salary adjustments, overtime, bonuses, and deductions.
- Verify timekeeping records and resolve any discrepancies.
- Calculate and process payroll taxes.
- Help generate and distribute payroll reports to management.
- Ensure compliance with company policies and legal requirements.
- Help respond to employee inquiries regarding payroll matters.
- You should have proven experience as a Payroll Officer or similar role.
- Familiarity with payroll software and systems.
- Strong numerical and analytical skills.
- Excellent attention to detail.
- Ability to maintain confidentiality and exercise discretion.
- Effective communication skills, both verbal and written.
