Senior DevOps Engineer Role

We are seeking a skilled Senior DevOps Engineer to play a key part in the success of our fast-growing fintech company. This individual will be responsible for designing, building, and managing a secure, multi-tenant SaaS environment on AWS.

Main Responsibilities:
  • Create and manage a secure, multi-tenant SaaS environment on AWS.
  • Design and optimize deployment pipelines (Azure DevOps) for seamless delivery from commit to production.
  • Lead Infrastructure as Code (Terraform/CloudFormation) to enable repeatable, reliable environments.
  • Embed security into infrastructure and pipelines, applying AWS security tooling and compliance best practices.
  • Implement monitoring, logging, and incident response systems that ensure fast, resilient uptime.
  • Tune systems for cost-effective performance as usage grows across global markets.
  • Owning disaster recovery and resilience strategies to safeguard customer trust.
Requirements:
  • 5+ years in DevOps/Site Reliability/Platform Engineering.
  • Proven success managing commercial SaaS platforms at scale in AWS.
  • Deep AWS expertise (VPC, IAM, CloudFormation, etc.) and IaC (Terraform/CloudFormation).
  • Strong scripting (Bash, Python) and automation skills.
  • Experience with monitoring/logging (CloudWatch, OpenSearch, ELK, etc.).
  • Solid grounding in networking, system administration, and cloud security.
  • Collaborative problem-solver who takes ownership and moves fast.
