We are looking for an experienced and motivated **Hotel Service Manager** to oversee guest services, housekeeping quality control, and maintenance operations. This role is integral in ensuring that our accommodations meet the highest standards of hospitality and customer satisfaction.

We are looking for someone that can work full time, 5 days per week on a rotating roster (including weekends and public holidays as required).

**Duties and Responsibilities**:

- Front Desk & Guest Services: Supervise front desk staff, manage check-ins/outs, and enforce high customer service standards. Ensure guest requests are handled efficiently.
- Housekeeping & Quality Control: Oversee quality control inspections, allocate daily tasks, and liaise with third-party cleaning contractors to ensure service excellence.
- Maintenance & Safety Compliance: Supervise the maintenance team, coordinate repairs, enforce safety protocols, and manage maintenance supplies.
- Operational Management: Monitor staff attendance, oversee shift scheduling, act as the first escalation point for operational issues, and provide leadership for guest service teams.

**Ideal Experience**:

- Minimum 1 year of experience in a hotel or serviced apartment supervisory role.
- Strong leadership and team management skills.
- Experience in hotel front office operations, housekeeping, or maintenance coordination.
- Excellent customer service and problem-solving abilities.
- Ability to multitask and work efficiently in a fast-paced environment.
- Knowledge of OH&S regulations and compliance standards.
- Strong communication skills, both written and verbal.
- Proficiency in reservation and property management systems and OTA's (NewBook preferred but not mandatory).
- Professional presentation.

**Salary**:
**AUD$73,150 per annum**

38 hours per week, 5 days per week on a rotating roster (including weekends and public holidays as required).
